Partner Terms

The Loadax Partner Program ("the program") is run by Loadax ("we", "us"). To join you must be at least 18, hold a Nigerian bank account in your own name, and apply with accurate details. We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion.

One person, one partner account. Applying more than once, or on someone else's behalf, isn't allowed.

Once approved you get a personal link to the Loadax store. A person becomes your customer when their first-ever paid Loadax order is placed after arriving through your link.

• Your customers stay linked to you, by their email address, for 12 months from that first paid order.
• During those 12 months you earn on every paid order they place, whether or not they use your link again.
• The first partner to bring a customer keeps them for the full 12 months; another partner's link can't take them over.
• People who had already paid for a Loadax order before arriving through your link are not counted as your customers.
• Your own purchases through your own link don't earn commission.

You earn a percentage of our profit on each paid order from your customers. Your rate is set when you're approved and always shown on your dashboard, along with what you earned on each order.

Only orders that are paid and not cancelled earn commission. If an order is cancelled or refunded after it was counted, its commission is removed, and we may deduct it from your future earnings if it was already paid out. We may change commission rates; we'll email you before a change takes effect.

You can request a payout from your dashboard once your available balance is at least ₦2,000. We pay by bank transfer to the account saved on your dashboard, which must be in your name, usually within 3 working days of your request. You'll get an email when it's sent.

You're responsible for any taxes due on what you earn. We may hold a payout while we check activity that looks unusual.

Share your link honestly. You must not:

• Spam people, groups or comment sections, or send messages to people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
• Make false or misleading claims about prices, delivery times, bonuses or rewards.
• Pretend to be Loadax or Loadax support, or use our logo in a way that suggests you are us.
• Run paid ads that bid on the word "Loadax" or send people to look-alike websites.
• Create fake accounts or orders, buy through your own link under other identities, or pay people to place orders.
• Promote Loadax alongside content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or encourages cheating or account theft.

You can leave the program any time by contacting us. We may pause or close a partner account that breaks these terms. Commission earned through activity that breaks them, including fraud and self-referral, is not payable. Otherwise, if we close your account, we'll pay out your valid available balance.

We use your name, email, phone number and bank details to run the program and pay you. To protect our customers' privacy, you'll see a first name or shortened email for each customer, never their full contact details.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll email you before it applies; continuing in the program after that means you accept the updated terms.
